1. Offer request
After we have received your offer request, our works starts. We will mail you customised offers within one working day.
Do you have any questions about the offer request or are you not sure if an absence insurance is right for your business? Our consultants can take care of the entire process for you as well if you already have an insurance and want to switch. We are happy to look into the options you can choose. 2. Advice
After two working days, one of our consultants will contact you to discuss the offers. This way, we keep everything simple and clear. We will discuss the various options, give you a clear explanation and present our advice.
3. Take out an insurance
Do you agree with the offer? In that case we will send you a link to fill out the most recent data so we can draw up the policy.
4. Management
Once you have taken out an insurance, our consultants are always ready for you! Our insurance management is proactive and each year we will check if your insurances still match your situation. On the basis of data we will also check whether your premium is still in line with market conditions.
du Gardijn Verzuimmanagement
If you have taken out an absence insurance in combination with the occupational health and safety (OHS) services of du Gardijn, claim processing will be automatic.
As soon as the sickness absence report and the wage of the concerned employee is known with du Gardijn Verzuimmanagement, payment will automatically take place around the 15th of the next month.
External OSH services
After the end of the month, the absence reports of the external OSH services need to be sent to schade@dugardijn.nl
In addition, it is of importance that the absence reports also state the wage data of the employee concerned or that these are supplied separately with the claim notice. As soon as the claim notice has been received, the insurer will transfer payment between the 15th and the 20th of the month.
du Gardijn has its own OSH services. Our case managers are ready for our customers and their employees, together with the fixed company doctors of du Gardijn. They offer a fixed company doctor for entrepreneurs and will take care of general health and staff benefits. Sick employees can rely on us for management of their absence; from the first day of their sickness up to and their rehabilitation.
Swift and responsible return to work is the central theme of our absence management. Our case managers proceed pro-actively and are committed to activating the employee. The customer always comes first and that's why we offer customised services. The two forms of absence management that we offer, have sufficient options to adjust our services to your wishes.
Through this approach, the case managers can better serve our relations and assure a low sickness absence. For the average sickness absence of our relations has been below the national average for years and we want to continue this track record in the future!
